Foxhill was founded by a seasoned industry professional with over 25 years of experience in property management and real estate development. His career has spanned leadership roles across operations, construction, leasing, and asset management—
giving him a deep and practical understanding of what it takes to build and maintain successful rental properties. With a reputation for excellence and a hands-on approach, he brings vision, accountability, and care to every project. Our first major development, Harbourview Terrace, is a 180-unit apartment building located in northeast Winnipeg. It reflects our commitment to quality, comfort, and community.
